It seems we only make significant changes when crisis hits hard. When we hurt so badly that we just cannot go on the same way. So we are pushed into change.

Otherwise, we maintain the status quo, even if it’s uncomfortable. Because familiar is safer than the unknown.

We start to live healthy only when a health scare forces us to.
We leave a relationship only when it’s unbearable.
We tolerate things until we no longer can.

But what if we didn’t wait?

When I work with my clients on their energy, we install a simple habit: “How do I feel now?” You are familiar with it thanks to the planner. It’s a small check-in that rewires you to notice what drains you before it becomes a crisis.

👉 You stop tolerating stress for too long.

👉 You no longer need a crisis to push you into action.

How to Expand Your Energy Capacity

1️⃣ Raise Your Baseline Energy – Just like fitness training strengthens your endurance, consistent energy-boosting habits (good sleep, movement, nutrition, and mindset) raise your natural energy levels over time.

2️⃣ Spend Energy Wisely – Not all tasks drain you equally. Focus on activities that give back more energy than they take—work that excites you, aligns with your purpose, or brings deep fulfillment.

By expanding your capacity and being intentional with where your energy goes, you can stay in high-energy states longer, recover faster, and create more without exhaustion.
