Today I want to talk about energy in a very different way.
Not the 4-pillar model you already know —but through the lens of something far more fluid:
A circle.
Imagine your energy not as a fuel tank or battery… but as a circle in motion.
A living orbit with two powerful qualities:
- Size – This is your energetic capacity.
The bigger the circle, the more it can hold—your dreams, your responsibilities, your actions.
The smaller the circle, the less it can support before things spill over.
- Pace – This is your energy regeneration speed.
How quickly your energy flows, replenishes, and moves you forward.
Here’s what this means in practice:
If your energy circle is small and sluggish, you’ll feel stuck. Everything will feel heavier than it is.
But when your circle grows and moves faster, something amazing happens:
- You can hold more of what you want.
- You can say “yes” to bigger dreams.
- You get momentum, clarity, and power.
Energy becomes self-sustaining.
So how do you expand your circle and speed it up?
That’s where exit points come in.
Exit points are the moments, choices, or insights that shift you from your current norm to something bigger. They open the door to a new orbit—a larger, more energized version of life.
And those exit points can come from any of the four energy pillars:
🌿 Physical – like changing how you move, eat, or sleep
💭 Mental – start using the gifts that you have
💓 Emotional – processing stuck emotions or saying the thing you’ve been holding in
🌌 Spiritual – reconnecting to your deeper “why” or soul desires
Most of us live in a familiar energy loop—what we’ve normalized.
Not always comfortable, but known.
When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or under-capacity, it’s usually because you’re repeating a small circle. You haven’t found your next exit point yet—but it’s there.
And once you take it, everything expands.
