Last week I got sick. First time in over a year.

And I hated every second of it—my nose was congested, my head pounding, body too hot to rest, and even though I wanted to sleep… I couldn’t.

It lasted a day, and I bounced back quickly. But here’s what it reminded me: feeling bad nudges us to invest in feeling good.
