Hey energetic,
You’ve probably heard the advice a hundred times: “Just pick 3 priorities a day.”
Sounds simple, right? Except…it doesn’t work. Not for me. And not for most of the ambitious women I coach.
Here’s why:
👉 First, life isn’t just work. Sure, you could narrow your work priorities down to 3. But when you come home? There are kids, a house, family logistics, and personal dreams that refuse to be ignored. You may have 3 priorities on the list, yet you end up with 2-3-4 lists - one for each of your roles.
👉 Second, some of us don’t want to choose. I’m not built for either/or. I want the “yes/and.” Big visions. Big lists. Big energy.
So no, I don’t shrink my list down to 3. My lists are huge—and I’m proud of that.
But here’s the difference: I don’t try to do it all at once.
Instead, I work on my energetic capacity.
My 4-Step Energetic Capacity Method
When clients come to me, their to-do lists are overflowing with red overdue tasks. That backlog drains their emotional energy, which makes it even harder to start.
Here’s how we turn it around:
Select ONLY what you can realistically do today.
Cut it in half. (Seriously—leave only the bare minimum, the stuff you could do half-asleep.)
Move the rest into your “Energetic Bankruptcy” folder. Translation: not today, I’ll handle it when I have more energy.
Do only what’s on your plate for today.
The magic? Once you finish those few small steps, your brain celebrates. You feel momentum. Your energy rises. And suddenly, you want to do more.
Then you repeat. Your capacity grows, your list melts, and you start to feel in control again.

Because energy feeds on results and action. Every tiny win returns energy back to you. That creates the fuel to do bigger things tomorrow.
And before you know it, you’re no longer stuck in survival mode—you’re building a new energetic identity.
