I woke up without an alarm—
One of those small but powerful signs that my body actually got rest.
The kind of sleep that refills you. The kind that’s supposed to carry you through the day.

Yet just 2 hours later, I was already fantasizing about my pillow again.

Wait.
Girl.
This is not right.

This is not my norm. And especially not now
When I need to double down on my business, make bold moves, and upgrade my life.
This is the one time I can’t afford to run on fumes.

So I paused. I checked in. And I realized something:
I’ve been ignoring my own advice.

Because my situation is unique.
Because I needed to handle more “urgent” things first.
Because I could “fix my energy later.”

Yeah-yeah. Sound familiar?

These are the same excuses my clients give me—
Right before they crash.
Right before their body says enough.

You don’t build freedom and stability when you’re depleted.
