"For the past 8 years, I’ve had no strength. I want to learn how to manage my energy."
– That’s how our journey with D. began.
After just 3 sessions, D. said:
“I feel like an indecently expansive woman—and now I’m ready to embody that expansiveness.”
So how did we get there?
D. had already tried a lot to increase her energy—she worked with a nutritionist to improve her diet, delegated everything she didn’t enjoy, even created a mind map with a psychologist to identify what recharges or drains her battery.
But the energy never lasted. Everything she started to implement only worked for a little while.
And on top of that, D. is a psychologist—her work is deep interaction with people, where you need to be fully present and energized.
“This isn’t the kind of job where you can hide in the office when you’re running on empty—you always have to be present and a pillar for your clients.”
During our discovery session, we unearthed something powerful:
Eight years ago, D. made a decision that her husband would be the leading figure.
She stepped into his shadow, tucked herself away in a dark corner—so much so that she stopped even reflecting any light.
So our work focused on feeling and expressing the uncontainable force within her—one that is not meant to be hidden or limited.
And what unfolded was quite magical.
Instead of typical coaching tools, we leaned into imagery, meditation, and subtle energy work.
D. revealed herself to be boundless water—a power without edges.
Water that can purify or give life to anything it touches.
Turns out, her husband felt very comfortable swimming in that water.
And in this ocean, there was no more room for shadows.
“After putting my child to bed—which usually drains me—I still had energy to do things. And I didn’t get irritated when things didn’t go my way,” she wrote after the very first session.
By the second session, we dove into the body—how it feels, whether it could handle and channel large amounts of energy.
Especially since D. wanted to scale her work and increase her income.
“Money is also energy. How can I earn big if my body can’t hold big energy?”
That’s when we uncovered old blocks around dancing, singing, and music in general.
Clearing that was key—so she could start dancing with life and hearing the music of possibilities.
D. bought tickets to a concert she’d dreamed of.
And in the mornings, music began playing at home—what once made her uncomfortable now energized her and shifted the family’s morning mood as everyone got ready for school and work.
The day before our third session, D. messaged:
“I have to share this. For the second night in a row, I fall asleep thinking: ‘Damn, I’m amazing. I’m so proud of myself.’ It’s unbelievable.”
Connection is vital for D.—she wants to touch people’s lives and truly help them in her work.
Her main goal? To increase her energetic capacity. To be able to hold space for more people.
Back in June, she had “half a client” per week.
“This Tuesday, I had 5 sessions! I held space for everyone and didn’t feel depleted.”
“I want to speak in front of large audiences.”
And we discovered—it wasn’t public speaking that scared her.
It was wanting to speak.
Wanting to be big.
Because good girls don’t change the world.
That’s when we arrived at the image of the “indecently expansive woman.”
A state that didn’t scare her anymore.
It didn’t trigger guilt or fear—it lit up her eyes.
“I’m enjoying our work together so much, I’m afraid it’ll end the moment we finish,”
D. confessed in a voice message during our between-session support chat.
“Don’t be afraid,” I replied. “Remember the feeling of being that ‘indecently expansive woman.’
Remember the goosebumps running through your body when we talked about it.
That’s your lighthouse. Your direction.
Whatever you do—you follow your lighthouse.
And if you feel the goosebumps, you’re on the right path.
You’ll do great. Even without me.”
“This was wow! It exceeded all my expectations. See you again—because I know we’ll meet again,” D. said at the end of our journey.
