Dedicate time to this project, no matter what. Joy generates energy, and that energy will spill into the rest of your life.

3. Expand Slowly:

Once you’re energized, look for the next thing that brings you joy.

4. Watch Your Capacity Grow:

By fueling your mental energy, you’ll naturally increase your productivity and ability to handle more.
